This hand-packed Fromage Blanc adds different flavors to the traditional cow’s milk and the lavender gives it a wonderful aroma. Nettle Meadow celebrated its 10-year anniversary this July. The company makes a variety of Artisan cheese, primarily with goat milk and sheep milk. The farm also houses many sanctuary animals.
