Natural Food Trends Take Off

The Sterling-Rice Group (SRG) recently selected nine natural food trends driving the natural and organic market.

The trends illustrate how food and beverage manufacturers are going above and beyond to meet consumer demands in exciting, innovative ways.

Kara Nielson, culinary director at SRG, assembled the list by tracking new product introductions, monitoring consumer interests and following general health and wellness trends in the United States.

Optimized Dairy Products

Simply Ghee, Lancaster County, Pa., produces premium butter that tastes great. All its products are made with ghee, the purified essence of butter. Hemp Protein Powder
