Honey also is used in the made-from-scratch fruit toppings on many of Chuckanut’s cheesecakes, which feature 100% natural cream cheese.
Chuckanut Bay Foods came from Chuckanut Cheesecake, founded in 1992. The family-owned and locally operated boutique bakery is housed in the northwest corner of Washington State. Its desserts feature fresh, natural ingredients from surrounding farms and dairies throughout the Northwest region.
