With no added preservatives, this thick and creamy yogurt is a Greek style variety with 35% to 45% of the recommended daily calcium intake and 12 to 15 grams of protein.
Coach Farm is faithful to traditional methods of the French farmstead cheesemaker, turning out artisanal goat cheeses that were once found only in remote villages of France. For more than 20 years the farm is located in a small Hudson Valley village two hours outside of New York City. There are more than 900 French Alpine dairy goats on the farm.
